When we started to approach the problem of the user experience and the interface of a site like this, which includes a great variety and a large number of products, we set ourselves the goal of rationalizing navigation for users of different types, even if not experts. We wanted to simplify and reduce the number of initial options in macro areas, creating an external menu and trying to create navigation flows, without becoming too specialized or complex.
Then, we tried to give big space to the images, helping the user with various measures to understand the available options and the structure of the ARBI collections: with labels that recall the product category, third level menu that allows you to view the existing products, navigation tips and fluid data structures that allow the customer to manage product pages in a simple way.
