“Two Type Dept.”: Think Work Observe, Type Dept. are Piero Di Biase and Alberto Moreu, located in via Mercatovecchio 28, 33100 Udine, Italy (website: www.t-wo.it, e–mail: firstname.lastname@example.org). “Font”: the computer software for creating and displaying typefaces. “Typeface”: the typographic typefaces generated by the Font suitable for any use. “EULA”: the End User License Agreement concerning the use of the Font, as stated hereinafter. “Licensee”: the user of the Font under EULA. “Machine”: any device where the Font is installed. “Third parties”: any third party, including clients and coworkers of the Licensee. “Fee”: the amount of money paid in order to use the Font.
The Licensee is not authorized to sublicense, sell, lend or lease the font software. The Licensee is not allowed to use the Font to create a derivative or modified Typeface. The EULA is not non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-transferable for any reason or purpose. The Licensee is not allowed to sublicense, sell, lend or lease the Font. The Licensee is not allowed to create a derivative or modified Font. The licensee may not share the Font in any similar way. The Licensee is entitled to a fair use of the Font. For any violation, Two Type Dept. can recess from the EULA with non exclusion for asking the restore of further damages.
Content of the EULA
Two Type Dept. grants to the Licensee the use of the Font according to the terms and conditions as stated by the EULA. The EULA allows the licensee to install the Font on up to 3 (1 to 3) machines.
The Licensee acknowledges that the Typeface is protected under the European Union and the Italian copyright laws. The EULA include the commercial use of the Typeface.
Desktop fonts are provided in OpenType format (OTF). Web fonts are provided in three formats supported by a large amount of browsers: EOT, WOFF, WOFF 2. App fonts are provided in OpenType format (OTF).
Trial versions are only for testing purposes and can’t be utilised for the final design work without license.

“Two, or Think Work Observe, are a design studio based in Udine, Italy. They create very modern and simple publication identities, and what is particularly intriguing about them is that they also design their identities’ accompanying fonts. We were curious about the process that actually goes into creating a typeface, a process that seems so intriguingly subtle and precise. We decided to ask Two about Futwora, a font that sounds like an adorable mispronunciation of Futura. There is nothing adorable about Two’s modern update of the classic font though, and Futwora is sleek and stylish and simple, a unique version of the favoured functional typeface, containing small, subtle twists. Originally designed in accordance with the Bauhaus school of design almost 90 years ago and based on the circle, Utopian Futura was designed in line with the ideological intention of destroying the ornamentation, clutter and frivolity of the decorative past. We decided to talk to Two about the process that goes into re-imagining such a classic font.”
