We’ve been among the twenty studios invited by The Bakery (Moscow) to participate to United Notions exhibition in Moscow and Berlin; curated by The Bakery (Moscow), printed by Bomb Screenprint, supported by Arjo Wiggins, the exhibition promotes understanding between Nations, focusing on some words that don’t have a real translation in foreign languages. We worked on a Korean word, and we propose our one inspired by Italian way to conceive football.

Catenaccio means defending the result with all team players, and ‘contropiede’ is the way of team performing a counter offense. Those two words were historically linked to the behavior of Italian national team, and they have become common saying. They express the sense of working together and finding a way to be better than individuality, finding smart solutions in difficult times. Buy it here → Buy

Esamusa is a term to describe a state that something is on the tip of one’s tongue (more exactly one’s head). It is often used when things’re vague, uncertain and uncovered without any negative nuance.
